Serves 8
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey or beef (90/10)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 can low sodium tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- Mix all ingredients until completely combined. Pour into an un-greased bread pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with a vegetables and starch such as sweet potatoes or whole wheat bread.
