These are a delicious alternative to high fat/high calorie apple pie.
Ingredients:
- Apples (however many you want to make, usually about 1/2 per person)
- 5 minute rolled oats
- Cinnamon
- Maple syrup
Directions:
- Cut the apples in 1/2 and core the apples.
- Put ~1/2-1 tablespoon of rolled oats in the hole in the apple
- Pour 1 tsp maple syrup over the oats and sprinkle the apple with cinnamon
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
