Frosted Watermelon
Makes ~4 servigns
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Seedless watermelon, cut into thick slices
- 2 cups fat free vanilla yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup low sugar granola or other cereal
Directions:
- Cut watermelon into slices. Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes if desired.
- Frost with yogurt
- Sprinkle with granola or other cereal.
